The Charm City Kitty Club is a collectively run cabaret designed to foster, showcase and celebrate creative expression among lesbian, dyke, bisexual, transgender, transsexual and genderqueer individuals as well as our allies. Our goal is to serve as a catalyst for connection and a forum for discussion through the arts. Through its vision of a welcoming and respectful environment for all communities, CCKC is committed to creating and maintaining an atmosphere free from racism, classism, ageism, ableism, biphobia, transphobia, homophobia, misogyny, cultural appropriation and censorship. Audiences and performers are asked to participate in the creation of this open and non-oppressive environment. All genders are welcome and encouraged to attend. There are no auditions or pre-screenings required for showing work at the Charm City Kitty Club. Each show is curated, not based on an objective measure of quality, but toward the goal of assembling a diverse and stimulating blend of performances. Performers are asked to review their work in terms of the values stated above. To perform, send an e-mail to cckc.webkitty_gmail.com. Interested performers/artists/those with bravado and hubris, please send a brief paragraph stating your performance medium and a description that best describes what will happen when you step onto the stage.

Tickets for the Charm City Kitty Club are $15 for general admission and $10 for members of the Creative Alliance.

There are several ways to get tickets for the Charm City Kitty Club! Choose your favorite method!

Stop by the Creative Alliance at 3134 Eastern Avenue and purchase them at the front desk. Please call first

(410-276-1651) to ensure that someone will be there to help you!

Call the Creative Alliance to charge your tickets! Call 410-276-1651 with Visa or Mastercard between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm, Wednesday through Saturday. You can also order them online here .

Mail a check to the Creative Alliance, and your name (and those of your guests) will be placed on the Will Call list. Please make sure that you allow enough time for the snails to deliver your mail!

If you like taking risks, you can choose to buy your ticket when the doors open on the night of the show at 7pm...but be warned: those tickets go fast!!!All tickets are General Admission, and while you are guaranteed a space in the theatre, a seat is not guaranteed! (We do, of course, do our very best to ensure that everyone is sitting comfortably.) We sell out most shows, so come early and come often!

Violet Gray is a Baltimore-based comedian who leaves her audience dying with laughter. A lady of many talents, Violet made her debut on the kitty stage for the first time at Revolution, Hon! on Saturday, May 7 at the Creative Alliance. Visit her Facebook page.

Started in 2002, The Charm City Kitty Club is in our ninth season of providing fantastic entertainment to the queer community of Baltimore and beyond!

We are more than a cabaret; we are also a labor of love, and we can only continue to grow with your help.
